Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with an online Store of “Rahat Computer Services” the Customer has given his formal confirmation that he has clearly understood & agreed on the below terms & conditions:

  1. Sale Price: Price agreed on covers the cost of items only and this does not cover any installation (both hardware & software) as well as Delivery charges unless otherwise clearly stated in the LPO.
  2. Return Policy: Customers are advised to make sure they have ordered the right item which covers their all requirements well. The return will only be allowed in case items delivered are not as per specifications mentioned on LPO. The customer has to inform of the return of the item within 5 working days of the delivery date. Items are always delivered seal packed, No return will be allowed if the customer opened the original seal packed items. However, if the customer found items are not properly seal packed, this must be mentioned in writing on the delivery papers at the same time the customer received material.
  3. Warranty: Items supplied are branded and Warranty offered is only brand-specific & covers only the terms & conditions as mentioned on warranty card/paper included in the packing. For items covered under the brand warranty, the warranty period will always be mentioned on our LPO. If the warranty is not mentioned on our LPO/Invoice, it is understood that there is NO Warranty on supplied items. Customers can claim warranty treatment from brand-specific warranty centers in Oman directly OR can deliver the material at our showrooms present on different locations in the Sultanate of Oman & we will facilitate for warranty claim from the brand directly. No warranty claim will be addressed if the customer failed to deliver the original stamped invoice issued by Rahat Computer Services. Rahat Computer Services will only facilitate for warranty treatment as per terms & conditions of the concerned brand, we can-not reduce normal warranty treatment period and can-not enforce item replacement beyond the applicable terms & conditions of the warranty.
  4. Delivery: We will make delivery (of Stock items) within 2-3 working days at shipping address as mentioned on customer order, Delivery charges are applied @ RO2/order within Capital Muscat Region (from Muttrah souq till Muscat International Airport only). We make Delivery to almost all parts of the Sultanate where possible however for Delivery beyond Capital Muscat Region, delivery charges and time of delivery may vary and the same will be informed to the customer on customer given email and customer have to ensure delivery charges are deposited along with LPO amount. For Back Orders, Customers are advised to get Delivery time confirmation from our representative, details provided on our online store site.
  5. Steps to Follow to Complete Transaction:
  • The payment transfer in given bank account within 24 hours of order placement including Delivery Charges.
  • Customer to send proof of deposit through email at store@rahatcomputer.com stating order no. within 24 hours of order placement.
